Danang has an extensive background in planning and managing cross-functional business operations, technology projects, and management consulting. He spent more than half of his career in financial and operational management at various levels in various countries, including international assignments and positions with two Fortune 500 MNCs. Danang also has 16+ years of experience in NGO management. His many strengths include strong leadership with deep understanding of corporate strategy, finance and business forecasting, operations and HR management, as well as supply chain management, and business process re-engineering.

Santi has 20+ years experience working within both the private sector, and third sector (NGOs, policy think-tanks) for strategic project design and implementation, policy research, dialogue and advocacy with multi-stakeholders in the areas of sustainable development and green businesses. She has deep knowledge of forestry conservation and related issues, ecotourism, legal frameworks and related policies for green businesses, forestry and fisheries. Santi is actively advising Indonesia's ecotourism association, several businesses, social and tech-based enterprises, while coordinating various policy developments with think-tanks and NGOs.
